This meeting will be held adhering to Covid guidelines and in accordance with the Risk Assessment of  venue.  Councillors are asked to wear masks on entering the building until seated when they can be removed if you wish.  Sanitisers will be available at the entrance.  Seating with be within the 2 metre guidelines.  Attendees are asked not to arrive or leave as part of a group and to encourage no gathering of people either before or after the meeting.
